Unfortunately, at the moment, the shipping is limited to Canada only. However, if you need your product delivered outside of Canada, please write to us beforehand at marketplaces@techvilleonline.com so we can try to ship it to you.

It depends on couple of factors: which option you choose for shipping at checkout, if the product is in stock or on the location where you are. We usually process the order immediately and send it within few hours of ordering.

Shipping options are next-day delivery and 2-3 days. Some products also may take up to 30 days to deliver due to limited quantities available.

Yes, you can track your order. In our dispatch email you'll have your unique tracking number for your order. Please check your junk folder, if you haven't got the email.

Once you've placed your order we will send you an order confirmation email, detailing what you bought, cost and delivery option.

We will also send you an email when the order has been processed and your tracking details, so you can keep an eye on the shipment.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

You have 30 days to return an item from the date it is received (as shown by the tracking number). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and it must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for return.

Yes, while all of our product do have warranties they may vary by product, for specific product warranty information, please check the warranty section of the product page or call our support line for further details.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Your product will usually be ready right away, except for some products that require a lot of preparation.

However, you will get a call (or text message if you are unreachable) when the order will be ready to be picked up.
